OPERATIONS OF COMPANY. PROVISIONS OF CONVENTION. (Received November 20, 5.5 p.m.) A. and'N.Z.-Sun. LONDON, Nov. 29. The Under-Secretary for Ihe Colonics, Mr. \f. G. Ormsby-Gore, stated in the House' of Commons that the convention between the Turkish Petroleum Company and 'the Government of liak provided that jtho company must continue to bo registered in Britain and to have its chief plnc| of business within the Empire, and its chairman must bo British.
