NO REDUCTION IN SALARY. DEVELOPMENT AT GISBORNE. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.J GISBORNE. Monday The Gisborne Harbour Board, on the chairman's casting vote, rescinded the resolution it passed at the last meeting to lower the salary of the engineer and reduce the engineering staff.
