MEETING WITH MR. COATES. CiTY COUNCIL'S DEPUTATION. Questions affecting the transport problems of Auckland will bo discussed with the Prime Minister, Mr. Coates, to-day by a City Council delegation which left for Wellington last evening. The council representatives are the Mayor, Mr. G. Baiidon, Mr. J. A. C. Allum, chairman of the Tramways Committee. Mr. J. S. Bnghani, town clerk, Mr. J. Stanton, city solicitor, and Mr. A. E. Ford, tramways manager.
