[by telegraph .ess association.] IN VISK C A 170 ILL Mon(! n V There was a small attendnpr" at the Municipal Theatre to-night, when Harry Casey, of Australia, holder of the title, met Jim Broad foot, of Auckland, m a contest for the professional midd e-weight boxing title. Casey had the better of the opening rounds, and had F3roadfoot down for seven seconds and eight seconds in the' second session. Broadfoot came back strongly over the middle stages, and Was boxing well at the finish. The verdict of a draw was well received. In a preliminary bout Jaggers (ChrisfcCliurch) beat McEwan (InvercargiU).
