ARBITRATION ACT.
NEW SOUTH WALES BILL. APPEAL FROM COMMISSIONER. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY. Nov. 1. The New South Wales Cabinet has decided to make a number of alterations in the Industrial Arbitration Act in the coming session. The powers of the Industrial Commissioner will be curtailed and parties before the commission will be given the right to appeal to another tribunal. * The chairmen of the conciliation committees will be deprived of the right now allowed them of giving a casting vote. The parties will have the right, to appeal from the conciliation committees to the Industrial Commission.
