ROYAL SCOTCH EXPRESS. ! (Received November .1, 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z LONDON. Oct. 31. The Royal Scotch express established a now world's long-distance non-stop record from London to Carlisle. It covered the 300 miles in 6 hours 26 minutes.
