The Sofia correspondent of the Times says the Bulgarian police have discovered numerous depots where arms and munitions have been buried on the SerboBulgarian frontier Thousands of rifles, bombs and cart-ridges have been on earthed. The rifles form part of the war stores which Bulgaria surrendered to Serbia after the war. The bombs and ammunition were manufactured in Serhian arsenals Many arrests have been made. It is believed the depots are connected with the plots of the Agrarian and Communist parties for a revolution in Bulgaria. The conspirators are said to be actively supported by Russian agents.
