EXCELLENT LUNCHEON DISHES.
Dutch Cabbage. —Boil a spring cabbage until tender, melt in a frying pan two tablespoonfuls of butter, to it add a teaspoonful of Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and a dash of cavenne. Chop the cabbage up well and add; stir until heated through. Add ono cup of mashed potatoes, press into a greased mould and steam for half-hour. Turn out on a hot d'sil and surround with tomato sauce. Garnish with bacon. Tasty Luncheon Dish.—Fry four small onions in tablespoonful of butter; place eight small tomatoes (previously skinned by pouring boiling water over them) on top of onions. When cooked thicken with half tablespoonful cornflour, half tablespoonful curry powder, half pint of milk. Season to taste. Serve on slightly buttered toast.
