PRINCE OF WALES.
VISIT TO BOURNEMOUTH. BUSY ROUND OF DUTIES. LONOON. Oct. 00. The " whirlwind " Prince of Wales caught the 8.30 a.m. train from Waterloo to Bournemouth, where in the course of five hours and 44 minutes before catching a return train he was scheduled to attend 19 ceremonies. They included visUs to hospitals and workshops, unveiling war memorials and a review of Boy Scouts, The programme entailed motoring for an hour and 50 minutes to various parts of Bos com be, Meyrick Park, Winton and Pcole. He had an hour for lunch and 37 minutes for tea. During his visit the Prince met Sarah Arter, 68, formerly a West End sempstress, who proudly informed him. that she had made his first clothes. The Prince smilingly replied: "I don't remem*. ber," and presented her with a bouquet.
