SUSPECT RELEASED.
IRISH FREE STATE MURDER. CONSPIRACY CHARGE DROPPED. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Oct. 26. Sean Mcßride, who on August 25 was discharged after having been detained in connection with the alleged conspiracy to murder the late Vice-President, Mr. Kevin O'Higgins, and who was on August 31 rearrested on a general charge of conspiracy to murder, under the Public Safety Act, was to-day released from Mountjoy Prison, Dublin.
