FLYING FATALITY.
CADET PILOT KILLED. CRASHES FROM 200 FEET. (Received October 27, 10.55 p.m.) A. and N.Z. MELBOURNE, Oct. 27. A fatal flying accident occurred to-day at. Healesville, 40 miles north-east of Melbourne. An aeroplane piloted by (Jadet E. Seach, aged 23, of the I'oint Cook flying school, crashed and burst into flames as it fell. Mr. Seach was burned to death. He bad apparently been trying to land, when the engine stalled and the machine nose-dived from a height of 200 ft. Deceased was the only occupant of the plane. He lived at Marrickville, Sydney. He would have been granted a pilot's certificate in two weeks. Evidently he was killed outright, as his body was found strapped to the seat in the wrecked machine.
