The close relationship which has for so long existed between Brazil and Britain was referred to at a dinner last evening when the Brazilian Ambassador, Dr. Raul De Oliviera, was the guest of the Knights of the Round Table Club. Dr. Oliviera said his country was a traditional friend of Britain's. They were united with her by the bonds of intimate collaboration in the great duty of all nations—the continual efforts of each toward a better understanding for the good of civilisation.
