NEW LYNN BUS SERVICE.
DISSATISFACTION VOICED. DECISION OF TOWN BOARD. Dissatisfaction with the present motorbus service to New Lynn was expressed by members at a meeting of the New Lynn Town Board, when letters were read asking the board to secure a more adequate service. Mr J. Hughes remarked on the alleged anomalies in fares, and in the discussion which followed dissatisfaction was voiced at the service since it was taken over by the City Council One member said the only solution was to develop! the proposed transport board for the whole metropolitan area
It was decided that the clerk be instructed to draw up a report showing the districts needs in the matter, and that it be forwarded to Mr. H. G. R Mason, M.P.
