FRENCH CAPTIVES CHAINED. TRIBESMEN WAIT FOR RANSOM. (Received October 26, 9.35 p.m.) Sun. LONDON. Oct. 26. The Casablanca correspondent of the Daily Mail reports that the captured members of General Steeg's family are being held prisoners in chains by the .Moroccan tribesmen, pending negotiations for their ransom.
