The Prime Minister, Mr. Coates, enterec upon the. second day of a brief campaign in connection with the Raglan by-election to-day. • Leaving Ngaruaivahia this mom ing Mr. Coates addressed a meeting o! about 30 settlers at Taupiri and latef spoke in Ihe Huntly Town Hall, whetf there was an attendance of over 150 it spite of the inconvenient hour.
