OBITUARY.
MAJOR W. C. QUINNELL. The death has occurred in Wellmgtoii of Major Wilmott C. Quinnoll, aged 66. iie v.iis the second son of Brigade-Major Richard J, Quinnell, sometime ot th« British East India Company and the Puntab Medical Service, and was born in ingland He was educated at Bishop Cotton's ichool at Simla, India. H# qualified from (he Royal Veterinary Colleg®, London, in 1891, and later went to Queensland as chief inspector of stock Major QuinneiJ came to Now Zealand in 1806 to join the veterinary division at Wellington, hut, later resigned to enter private practice. He served throughout the Great War and suffered shell shock in a Zeppelin raid ut Boulogne, In 1918 he resumed practice m Wellington.
