INDUCTION OF VICAR. The Uev. F. P. deL Willis, who has been chaplain at King's College for over a year, was inducted as vicar of St. Andrew's Parish, Epsom, last evening. Archbishop AveriU officiated at the cere inony, and was assisted by his chaplain, Archdeacon W J. Simktn, and Canon C L.
