DRUNK IN CHARGE OF MOTOR LONDON. Aug. i. Mr. Ben Spoor, Labour member for I, the Bishop Auckland division of Durham, [ and former Parliamentary Secretary to the | Treasury in the Labour Government, was } lined £2, with costs, at the Darlington Police Court for being drunk an<j disorderly while driving a motor-car. Mr. Spoor is a member of the Privy Council.
