the transport services. CENTRAL CONTROL SCHEME. (British Official Wireless.) A. and N.Z. RUGBY, Aug. 15. The advisory committee of the London and Home Counties has laid before the Minister of Transport, Lieutenant-Colonel Wilfrid Ashley, a scheme which seeks to bring the underground railway, (he omnibuses and the trams which serve the London area under a central controlling body. The proposed body would co-ordinate future traffic developments.
