RELIGION IN AMERICA.

ENGLISH BISHOP'S COMMENT.

MEXICO AND THE CHURCHES. (Received August 16, 5.5 p.m.) A. and N.Z.-Sun. LAUSANNE. Aug. lo In a speech the Bishop of Gloucester, Dr. A. C. Headlam, said America had far too many rival religious bodies, whose doctrines were but narrowly separated.
