AMALGAMATION CONFIRMED.

KUMEU, Tuesday.
The annual meeting of the Waitemata Dairy Company was held at Taupaki today. The chairman of directors, Mr. J. B. Copeland, presided. The report and balance-sheet, as already published, were adopted. Subsequently an extraordinary general mooting was bold, at which resolutions dealing with the company's amalgamation with t|je New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company were confirmed. The chairman of directors, Mr. Dynes Fulton, and the general manager of the New Zeaalnd Company, Mr. 11. H. Sterling, addressed the meeting. They intimated that their organisation would take over control of the Waitemata concern forthwith.
