APPLICATIONS AT HAMILTON. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN' COREESPONTIENT. ] HAMILTON, Wednesday. The business of the present session of the Supreme Court at Hamilton concluded to-day with the hearing of a number of applications for discharge from bankruptcy. The following discharges were granted by Mr. Justice Herdman -.—Leslie Patrick Flood, farmer, Waitomo; Arthur Sydney Onvtsby, junr., farmer, Terauamoa; Harold Henry Edward Jones, farmer, Waitariguru; William Gabriel Collins, store assistant, Frankton Junction; John Teddy, farmer, Claudelands; Dallas Erlescourt MacLaren, butcher, Manunui; Percy Wot ton, farmer, Mahirakau; William" Robhins Becherley, farmer, Pokuru; Timothy Kearins, farmer, Hastings; Charles* John Western, farmer, Pukeatua; Henry James Lee, farmer, Whatawhata, subject to judgment being entered against bankrupt for £l5O by the officii.! assignee. In the case of Harold Edward Martin, motor mechanic, Te Ivuiti, discharge was suspended for six months. The application of Tama Hep:, of Kakahi, was adjourned for six months.
