WHY AVERESCU FELL. ' CHARGES AGAINST CABINET. A. and N.Z.-Sun. BUCHAREST, Juno 13. It was recently discovered that the exPrime Minister of Rumania, General Averescu, circulated an order to the effect that in the event of the death of King Ferdinand all civil power should pass immediately into the hands of the nearest senior army officer. This was the cause of the dismissal of General Averescu by the King. It is stated that a copy of the order reached M. Bratianu, Leader of the Opposition, who showed it to His Majesty. The newspapers now charge General Averescu's Ministers with having misused the public funds.
