ROMAN CATHOLIC SCHOOLS. twenty teams to take part. The decision of the Roman Catholic Schools' Sports Association to piny Association football in its schools will mean the addition of 20 teams to the code. Twelve senior and eight junior teams will take part, and matches will be played on Saturday mornings, under the jurisdiction of the Catholic Association. which will probably be affiliated with <he Auckland Football Association. ' Mr. F. W. Ritchie, who recently retired from the chairmanship of the Junior Management Committee, will supervise the competitions. A conference between the Management Committee of the - Auckland Football Association and the Catholic Association will probably be held, in order to ascertain in what way the Auckland Association can j assist.
