Vincent last evening: —Cloudy and unsettled weather is indicated, with heavy rain over most of the Dominion. Northerly to north-easterly winds, strong to gale, backing to west. Seas rough. The disturbance which has been located on the Tasman Sea during the last few days is expected to result in stormy weather conditions, particularly in tho Wellington Province.
