ARREST BY PARIS POLICE, WOMAN WITH FALSE PASSPORT. PARIS, Jan. 18. A woman named Madeleine Badet has been arrested on a charge of securing goods .from fashionable shops by false pretences. She claimed to bo the daughter of an ambassador, but lias been identified by the police as Mdlle, Redelsperger, who was previously arrested in Morocco because she had a false passport. She had since been shadowed as a possible spy, and when she was seen at. the post office, where she had collected letters, she tried to tear them up.
