COURSE OF LECTURES.
INSTRUCTION FOR TEACHERS, r Ji refresher course of lectures arranged by the Auckland Education Board fot secondary department assistants in district high schools will be held in Auckland from next Monday until Friday, February 4. Sixteen teachers propose to attend the lectures, which will bo given in the Technical and Training Colleges. A total of 60 hours of instruction will be given, the subjects included in the syllabus being general science, agriculture, botany, heat and light, dairy science, physical geography, home science, arid mathematics.
