- A SERIES IN LONDON. ROMNEY NOW MISSING. (Received' 7.5 p.m.) Sun. ■ LONDON, Jar. 20. Detectives are searching for Romney's " Picture of an Officer." This is believed to have been stolen for a connoisseur from the late Mr. W. A. Coats' collection at the exhibition of the Royal Society of British Artists, in the marketThe theft is the third of the kind which has been perpetrated recently.
