ELECTION OF SOVIETS.
EXCITEMENT IN RUSSIA. PEASANTS FIGHT COMMUNISTS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 7.5' p.m.) LONDON. Jan. 21. The Riga correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says Russia is in the throes of the elections of Soviets. It is reported that the richer peasants are leading an active campaign against the Communists. Several prominent Communist propagandists were killed in Moscow and 'in the Vladimir and Tambov districts..
