DESPERADO IN CITY OFFICE. MANAGER KILLS ASSAILANT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) MADRID, Dec. 13. A desperado entered the State Lottery Office in the heart of the city, stabbed the manager with a dagger and seized the cash box. The manager drew a revolver and shot the assailant dead. The' manager then collapsed and died.
