GERMAN COAL IMPORTS.

DUE TO MINING STRIKE. OVER 6,000,000 TONS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 10 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 13. In the House of Commons Mr. R. A Taylor (Lab., Lincoln) asked how much coal had been imported from Germany during the coal strike. Lieut.-Colonel G. R. Lane-Fox, Parliamentary , Secretary for Mines, in replying, said that from the beginning of the stoppage of the mines to the end of November, 6,500,000 tons of German coal had been imported.
