QUESTIONNAIRE TROUBLE. DEFERRED UNTIL NEXT YEAR. A. and N.Z. GENEVA, Dec. 10. The Council of the League of Nations has postponed until its next session the consideration of the report of the Permanent Mandates Commission. It has also requested the commission to reconsider the questionnaire, to which the mandatories objected, and to adjourn until March its consideration of the petitions from mandated territories, to which the mandatory States also objected.
