[by telegraph, —own correspondent, ] WELLINGTON. Sunday.

Proceedings in the Arbitration Court on Saturday, presided over by Mr. Justice Frazer, were concerned with the Wet. lington Shipwrights and Boatbuilders' Union. At a previous sitting of a conciliation council an agreement had been reached upon all points in dispute with the exception of four, and those four disputed points were now referred to the Court.

The first matter in dispute was the question of wages, the union stating that the employees were a considerable way to leeward of where they were in 1914.
