[BY telegraph.—OWN correspondent. ] DUNEDIN, Friday In the Supreme Court to-day David Charles McGill was sentenced by Mr. Justice Sim to three years' reformative detention on seven charges of theft and to three years' reformative detention on a charge of breach of probation, the sentences to be concurrent. His Honor said the prisoner had wasted his chance on probation and had not realised the importance of living an honest life. The charges ci th6ft against accused occurred in the Southland district and involved about i£BB, which he had failed to account for !k> the Electrolux Company.
