Seven , questions were submitted to the Court, the principal one being the date whan the classification of the daughters should be made, the date of the death of the testator or the date of the death of the life tenant in the estate, the widow of deceased, Bridget Agnes Ward. Mr. R. McVeagh appeared for the Guardian Trust, Mr. Inder and Mr. McKay for the family and Mr. Northcrofi for the unborr children. Decision was reserved.
