PREMIER AND THE DIET. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTE. (Received 8.6 p.m.) Times. WARSAW. Oct. 81. The dispute between the Premier, General Pilsudski, and the Diet has been settled. The session is to open on Wednesday.
