ADDED WATER IN MILK.

VENDOR FINED AT PAPAKURA For selling milk containing added water, Joseph Wright, a Papakura dairyman, was fined £5 raid costs, £1 10s, by Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., in the Papakura Police Court. The Health .Department submitted an analysis showing 9 per cent, of added water. Counsel for defendant stated that an analysis made on behalf of defendant showed only 3 per cent, added, water. Defendant was buying milk at the time to sell retail.
