ANCHOR LOST IN H AFIBOUR, [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] DUNEDIN. Friday. The overseas liner Mamari lost her anchor at the, entrance to the Otago Harbour yesterday. The anchor weighed more than four tons. The vessel was travelling at 13 knots when the anchor fell, taking with it about 150 fathoms of cable. The tension snapped the cable, causing the ship to turn almost at right angles across the channel. The vessel was soon brought back to her course.
