THREAT FROM POLAND.

GERMAN PAPER'S STORY. ALLEGED FRONTIER ACTIVITY. (Received 8.35 p.m.) Sun. BERLIN, July 30. The Lokal Anzeiger states that 80,000 of Marshal Pilsudski's Polish troops are concentrating on the Lithuanian frontier. The Soviet is mobilising soldiers on the Russian side of the frontier as a retort. The Socialist newspaper Vorwaerts discredits the story. .It ascribes it to the desire of the Soviet to distract attention from Russia's internal troubles.
