DISORDERLY WOMEN.
[ five sent to prison. ■ ■ ' ' ' —~ One of the periodical "round-ups" conducted _ by the police had a sequel in the* appearance of seven women in the Police Cotirt" yesterday. Sentences for habitually consorting with reputed thieves and prostitutes were , imposed as follows Ada Harwood, aged 43, and Agnes Kennedy, aged 41, one month's imprisonment; Queenie Harwood; aged 23, .Ettie O'Toole, aged 38, and Winnie Patterson, aged 42, three months' imprisonment. Eileen Marmont, aged 32, and Margaret Speakman,' aged 27, were remanded for a week for sentence for having insufficient lawful « means" of support.
