BOLSHEVIKS QUARREL.
EXPULSION OF ZINOVIEFF. Reuler. MOSCOW. July 25. At a plenary sitting of the central committee of the Russian Communist Party Zinovieff, chairman of the Third (Communist) International, was expelled from th 6 political bureau of the party. The reason for the expulsion of Zinovieff was the increased opposition from his faction which the central committee accuses of fomenting a secessionist agitation.
