FLYING FOR OVER 26 HOURS. A STRAIGHT FLIGHT RECORD. LONDON. June 2S. Captain Arrachafc and his brother, who left Paris yesterday to attempt a non-stop flight to India, came down at Basra, on the Persian Gnlf, after flying 2714 miles in 26£ hours. The aerop'iauo carried sufficient fuel for another 14 hours' flying, but- the pilots were compelled to descend owing to extreme exhaustion. They could not. keep awake.
