DOMINION COMMISSION. A. und N.Z. LONDON. May 4 The members of the New Zealand Rural Credits Commission have returned from the Continent. They visited France, Germany, Belgium, Holland and Denmark. The commissioners were particularly impressed bv the two last-named countries. Sir James Allen.
