IMPORTS AND EXPORTS. COMPARATIVE ' STATISTICS. DECREASES ON MARCH 1925. By* Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. (Received 5.5 p.m.) Reuter. LONDON, April. 14. The Board of Trade returns for March are as follow:—lmports, £106,864,000; exports, £66,399,000. Imports increased by £10,019,000 and exports by £3,585,000, compared with February. In comparison with March, 1925, imports decreased by £6,003,000; exports by £3,904,000, and re-exports by £691,000. The principal decreases were.—lmports: Grain and flour, £1,945,000; raw cotton, £4,401,000; raw wool, £2,284,000; oil and seeds, £1,044,000. Exports: Cotton yarns and manufactures, £2,669,000. The chief increases were :—lmports: Rubber, £2,734,000. Exports: Iron and steel, £865,000.
