PREPARATORY COMMITTEE. NO DOMINION REPRESENTATIVES. Renter. LONDON. April H. 'Die Secretary of Stato for Foreign Affairs, Sir Austen Chamberlain, stated in tho House of Commons that Viscount Cecil, assisted by the advisors of the Foreign Office, Admiralty, War Office and Air Ministry, would be the British representative on the Preparatory Disarmament Committee. Tho Government of tho Dominions would not be specifically represented on tho committee, but as usual all developments would be communicated to them. Special steps would also be taken witb the object of associating the Dominions With iTTo work of the sub-committee of the Committee of Imperial Defence, which had been appointed to advise on questions connected with the work of the preparatory committee.
