DEATH CLAIMS SETTLED.

TAUWHARE ELECTROCUTIONS ARRANGEMENT WITH RELATIVES. [by telegraph. —OWN correspondent. ] HAMILTON, Wednesday. Claims on the Central Electric Power Board in respect to the deaths of Mr. Mark Webb and Walter Murray Collett. by electrocution, on December 12, 1925, have been settled. Relatives of the deceased have agreed to accept without prejudice £677 in respect to the death of Mr. Webb and £SO as regards Collett. The offers havo been accepted by the board and confirmed. The fatalities were due to a high tension lino breaking and coming in contact with a fence about half a mile from Tauwliare, on the Hamilton-Morrinsvillo road. The late Mr. Webb was an employee of the Tamaherc Road Board and was 60 years of age. Walter Murray Collett was a boy of seven who had been sent to post a letter.
