REICHSTAG'S ADOPTION. REDUCTION IN TAXATION. A. and N.Z. BERLIN. March 28. In the Reichstag to-day the Budget was read a third time." It included a reduction of the turn-over tax to 0.75 and the repeal of the tax on wines. This is the first time since 1911 that the Budget has been passed within the proper time limit.
