LORRY DRIVER'S CONDITION. [BT telegraph.-—press association.] CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. Mr. Laurence Suckling, who was injured at Templeton on Saturday afternoon in a collision between his motortruck and a goods train, is stiE in a serious condition, although the hospital authorities advised to-day that he had slightly improved. He regained consciousness yestordav. When the impact occurred Mr. Suckling was precipitated in front of the engine, the cowcatcher striking him and throwing him clear.
