The two divisions of the Court of Appeal, with the exception of the Chief Justice, jsrill sit together in Wellington on the Monday after Easter, to hear two important cases. One of these is a case from Auckland, adjourned from last year, in which Thomas Clarence Carswell was charged before Mr. Justice Herdman, in February of last year, with bigamy.
