CABINET CHANGES.

NEW SOUTH WALES STATE. DEPARTMENTS SEPARATED. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY, March 18. The State Premier, Mr. J. T. Lang, has rearranged his Cabinet. Mr. J. .T. Fitzgerald, who has been assistant Minister of Public Health and Local Government becomes Minister of Local Government. Mr. G. Cann who held the portfolios of Public Health and Local Government as Minister in charge now takes sole control of the former department and drops the latter. Mr. Lang says he believes greater efficiency will be achieved by the separation of the two departments, which have nothing in common.
